Microsoft OneDrive

All currently enrolled students have free access to Microsoft OneDrive, which includes free access to web-based versions of Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft OneNote, and Excel Survey.

In addition, OneDrive accounts come with 1 terabyte of online cloud storage that may be used with most file types.

Logging In

To access OneDrive, simply log in to your Butte College Email and click OneDrive near the top right:

Creating Documents

To create new documents, click "New", and select the type of document you would like to create:

Uploading Files

To upload files, drag files from your computer into the OneDrive window, or click the "Upload" button:

Sharing Documents

To share a document or folder, click the three dots next to the item you would like to share. Then click the "Share" button:
