All disbursement dates are estimated; the 财政援助办事处 cannot guarantee the date you will receive your funds. We recommend you have an alternate plan if there 你的资金延迟了吗.

Once the 财政援助办事处 completes student's file, each student will receive a 金融援助 Award Notification Email which will indicate an estimated 金融援助 Disbursement Date. 重要的: Financial 援助 is disbursed according to Need (EFC) and number of units in which 你已经注册了. 学生必须注册.

金融援助 disbursements (including loans) will be delayed, canceled, or reduced for students who are disqualified from financial 援助 because of lack of Satisfactory Academic Progress (GPA，进度，时间框架). Students on 金融援助 Probation or in Maximum Timeframe status without an approved appeal must wait until their file is reviewed and approved 由财政援助办公室提供. 学生是 not approved are disqualified from receiving 援助.

Federal Direct Loan Payment Dates

参考你的 金融援助 Loan Certification Email for your anticipated first disbursement date. 联邦学生贷款 are required to be disbursed in two payments and will be disbursed following the freeze date. Fall-only and Spring-only Direct 贷款 will have different second disbursement dates than annual Direct 贷款, which are also different from the second half of 佩尔助学金 payment dates. 请与 财政援助办事处 for your specific second disbursement date. 

For individual information, we recommend that students refer to their 金融援助 Award Notification Email, which is sent to their Butte College email account after 他们的档案已经完成了. 请注意 佩尔助学金 is normally disbursed in TWO payments per semester for California residents and AB 美国有540名学生.S. citizen or Eligible Non-citizen. Out-of-state students are disbursed once a semester. Out-of-state students will receive any remainder from their financial 援助 once unp援助 fees are automatically p援助 first.

• 佩尔助学金 is normally disbursed in two payments per Fall and Spring semesters (CA 居民和美国.S. Citizen or Eligible-Non Citizen that are AB 540 residents).

• 卡尔·格兰特和查菲·格兰特 payments are not guaranteed because they are based on availability of state funds. 卡尔格兰特 is usually disbursed after the second week of the semester. 查批准 recipients will be notified by student email if funds become available for them.

BankMobile 支付信息

Butte College partners with BankMobile to disburse financial 援助 to students. 每一个 student who has a FAFSA on file with the 财政援助办事处 and enrolled in courses will receive a BankMobile Refund Selection Kit by mail. 一旦学生收到 their Refund Selection Kit, the student will need to follow steps provided in the green envelope and select a disbursement method.
